Important Booking Policy
- Punctuality: Please arrive on time. If you are less than 15 minutes late, your service time may be reduced.
Arrivals over 15 minutes late will be marked as no-shows. - Cancellations/Rescheduling: Provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule and receive a deposit refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit. - Last-Minute Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable for last-minute cancellations, regardless of the reason
- Rescheduling: After two reschedules, a third will result in automatic cancellation and deposit forfeiture.
